Eden Levinson

Eden Levinson is an Associate Attorney at Baghdaserians Law Group. Throughout her legal career, Eden has proudly prioritized strong client advocacy with an emphasis on legal matters impacting children.

Eden is highly comfortable in the courtroom and brings extensive oral advocacy experience to Baghdaserians Law Group. She attended law school at the University of San Diego, where she served as an Associate Board Member of her school’s Moot Court team. She clerked at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where she passionately advocated for clients in criminal proceedings. Following law school, she represented parents involved in Dependency proceedings, arguing in court daily and managing complex and highly contested hearings and trials.
With a deep focus on sensitive legal matters affecting children, she received an honors distinction in law school for her research and analysis of legislative policy impacting children’s rights at the Children’s Advocacy Institute. Then, as the parent’s defense counsel, she defended her clients’ parental rights and argued for child custody, always striving to secure the best possible outcomes for parents and their children.

In her free time, Eden enjoys painting, playing ukulele, and baking. She is also always excited to discuss travel and matters of International Law, as she studied Comparative Law in Paris and received a CALI Excellence award for her legal research paper on European Union Law.
